Responsible for all aspects of decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization and storage of instruments, incorporating all required sterilization tests and safety practices. Responsible for following recommended sterilization standards and device manufacturers’ instructions for instrument reprocessing.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:Education: High school graduate, sterile processing certification preferredExperience: None requiredPosition requires individual that is able to work independently. Must have attention to detail. Able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy pans and push carts.
