- Partnering with the Division Vice President of Human Resources to drive the talent acquisition, diversity, talent management and development strategies, attracting and retaining high potential salaried and direct labor candidates.
- Facilitating annual people processes to include compensation planning and performance management.
- Collaborating with management team to drive improvement, implement cultural change, organization and talent development, workforce planning and a rewarding employee experience.
- Building, with Leadership and HR team, a robust leadership development and succession plan, a career planning process, individual development plans, knowledge transfer plans and onboarding strategies.
- Championing appropriate change management and continuous improvement opportunities within the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA and/or HR certifications preferred.
- Experience managing and leading an HR team, preferably in a publicly traded manufacturing company.
- Proven experience as a senior HR leader and business partner who gets results
- Experience in strategic planning, organization design and implementation
- Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition and development, compliance, etc)
- Ability to use metrics and analytics to make decisions
- Possess a drive to achieve
- Base and make decisions with an understanding of the key components and drivers
- Take on challenges and opportunities without being asked, roll-up your sleeves to get it done
- Collaborate and work across functional lines and organization levels
- Manage change
- Functions as a coach for team and colleagues, with a focus on development
- Understand and set clear goals, responsibilities; hold self and others accountable for success
- Partner with the BU functional leaders to drive the talent acquisition, diversity, talent management and development strategies, attracting and retaining high potential salaried and direct labor candidates.
- Travel periodically, including day trips and occasional overnight stays.
