Key job responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-assisted operational tools that integrate with various cloud services and monitoring systems
- Drive the development of automated incident response and root cause analysis workflows using agentic systems
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of service topology mapping and operational intelligence systems
- Create and maintain robust integration patterns between different tools and services (AWS, GitHub, monitoring systems)
- Develop and implement evaluation benchmarks and testing strategies for AI-driven operational automation systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-assisted operational tools with various cloud services and monitoring systems
- Pioneering automated incident response and root cause analysis workflows using advanced agentic systems
- Designing and implementing innovative service topology mapping and operational intelligence systems
- Creating robust integration patterns between diverse tools and services in the DevOps ecosystem
- Developing evaluation benchmarks and testing strategies for AI-driven operational automation systems

- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming languagePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
