You have found the right team that gives opportunities to develop and grow.As a Tax Operations Analyst within the Client Tax Operations team. you will be responsible for supporting US and Canadian tax compliance activities including client documentation requirements, reviewing tax withholding, and producing tax reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis and review skills and demonstrate an ability to understand tax documentation requirements, applicable withholding rules, tax treatment of financial instruments and adjustments to basis. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate data handling and tax compliance.Job responsibilities
  • Support business-as-usual processes for information reporting and withholding compliance including, but not limited to, reconciling tax withholding, reviewing client documentation, and locating and remediating data inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tax withholding regulations are met and timely production of tax forms is completed
  • Analyze client, transaction and security information and perform data reconciliations
  • Assist in tax projects to refine processes and procedures
  • Ensure robust control environment that meets risk and audit requirements is maintained
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
  • Minimum one year of relevant tax or financial analysis experience - BS/BA required
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and SQL
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
  • High-level attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Collaborative and motivated team player
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
