- Work on complex first-party property and personal injury cases
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basisWhat You Need for this Position- 3+ Years of Experience as an Attorney (first-party background preferred)
- J.D. Degree or Esquire
- Bar Certified: CA
- Familiarity drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
