- Proficiency in software skills such as: LabView and TestStand
- Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
- Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
- Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
- Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
- Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work and contribute in a team-based environment.
- Exposure to digital and analog functional testing in a lab or work setting.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment: Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, DMM, etc.

- Autonomy: Seasoned individual contributor. Works independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approach to solutions. Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level specialists; may manage projects/processes.
