- Write and implement departmental operation schedules
- Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
- Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
- Lead daily food & beverage operations with creativity and attention to detail.
- Curate an exciting wine program and craft cocktail menu, working alongside our culinary and bar teams.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by setting the standard for warm, genuine service.
- Mentor and motivate staff to achieve service excellence and personal growth.
- Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to create memorable food & beverage pairings.
- Monitor quality, costs, and inventory while ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
- Foster a positive, energetic culture where team members are excited to come to work every day.
- Work side by side with the Director of Sales to create and execute banquet events and outlet activations.
- Must have a food handling license
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- National food and health safety regulations knowledge
- High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department
- A proven leader in hospitality, preferably in hotels, fine dining, or upscale bars.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, craft cocktails, and food pairings.
- Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A hands-on, “lead by example” style with the ability to inspire teams.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- TABC certification required.
