- Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with B2B sales cycles, account-based marketing goals, and business growth targets across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and the latest B2B platforms.
- Lead research into B2B decision-makers, using social listening tools and industry insights to understand buyer personas, decision-making processes, and content preferences across the different stages of the B2B funnel.
- Monitor and analyze B2B social campaign performance metrics, including lead quality, pipeline contribution, brand awareness, and engagement rates. Provide strategic recommendations for optimization based on data insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, business-focused content that resonates with professional audiences and guides meaningful business conversations across social platforms.
- Lead client presentations and strategic discussions, providing expert guidance on B2B social trends, platform developments, and competitive landscape insights.
- Develop and execute thought leadership programs that position client executives and brands as industry authorities, driving awareness and trust among target business audiences.
- Provide the strategic bridge between our teams and B2B clients, including sales, marketing and communications teams, and our clients' other agencies. Internally, you will bridge the gap between our creative, client partnership and paid media teams.
- Stay ahead of B2B social media trends, new platform features, and latest technologies. Champion innovative approaches to B2B social marketing within the agency and client organizations.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of full-time experience in marketing or advertising with a focus on B2B social media strategy.
- Experience creating and directing multi-channel B2B social strategies that support lead generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement goals.
- Experience with B2B social platforms, particularly LinkedIn. You will be experienced in working on multi-channel social campaigns (organic and paid).
- Experience working within an agency environment, managing multiple B2B clients across different industries and business models.
- Experience with social analytics tools, CRM integration, and measuring B2B social Return on investment. Experience with lead attribution and pipeline tracking is advantageous.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes, account-based marketing principles, and how social media integrates with broader demand generation strategies.
- Excellent presentation, collaboration and relationship-building, and to communicate across teams and partners. Comfortable presenting to senior business leaders and C-suite executives.
- A base salary of $70,000 - $95,000 gross per year
- Predominantly remote working with access to our office at 666 3rd Ave
