- Ownership of product roadmap for the ICyte Platform
- Accountable for work with on-shore and off-shore development teams, in an agile process, to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements on budget, on scope, and on time
- Drive execution of cross functional Release Readiness activities to ensure successful roll-out of product releases across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Engagement, Data Operations, and Delivery and Advisory Services
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate ideas for Product Backlog
- Present prioritized Roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with Engineering leads to run agile ceremonies with Product/Engineering team members
- Oversee and contribute to Product Documentation including release notes, user guides, workflows, etc
- Serve as Product SME with both internal stakeholders and external customers
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, plan/prioritize and organize highly-technical Product Development & Data Engineering teams to execute on product Roadmap
- Strategic mindset towards identifying and executing upon opportunities for Platform enhancements
- Ability to closely work with Data Architects to solve enterprise data and integration challenges
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL)
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technical teams.
- Experience leading and managing Product/Business Analysts
- Experience supporting Data Products and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications (preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience
- Expertise in leading the delivery of mid-to-large enterprise applications
- Minimum of 7 years of in-depth experience in SDLC, solutions design, and delivery of enterprise level solutions
- Experience with healthcare data and analytics preferred
- Knowledge of Agile Software Methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with JIRA
