- Build and maintain a $5 million+ annual portfolio
- Pursue and secure large-scale projects lasting 6 to 12 months
- Manage customer relationships and oversee the full sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams and support resources for efficient operations
- Engage in WIP meetings and work closely with operations and district leadership
- Utilize provided leads and generate new business through personal outreach and networking
- Travel to various office locations and job sites as necessary
- Stay competitive by engaging with industry partners, platforms, and bid services
- Represent the company professionally and knowledgeably at all times
- Experience in the Fire Protection or Life Safety industry
- Demonstrated success in managing contracts exceeding $1 million
- Proficient in client relationship management and consultative selling
- Skilled in contract bidding, estimating, and negotiation
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively
- Familiarity with third-party bid platforms is a plus (training provided)
- Willingness to travel and participate in in-person meetings as required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
