Role Overview:The Contract Sales Manager will be responsible for driving contract sales growth, identifying new project opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing bids from inception to completion.
  • Focus exclusively on contract sales
  • Build and maintain a $5 million+ annual portfolio
  • Pursue and secure large-scale projects lasting 6 to 12 months
  • Manage customer relationships and oversee the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support resources for efficient operations
  • Engage in WIP meetings and work closely with operations and district leadership
  • Utilize provided leads and generate new business through personal outreach and networking
  • Travel to various office locations and job sites as necessary
  • Stay competitive by engaging with industry partners, platforms, and bid services
  • Represent the company professionally and knowledgeably at all times
Background Profile:
  • Experience in the Fire Protection or Life Safety industry
  • Demonstrated success in managing contracts exceeding $1 million
  • Proficient in client relationship management and consultative selling
  • Skilled in contract bidding, estimating, and negotiation
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively
  • Familiarity with third-party bid platforms is a plus (training provided)
  • Willingness to travel and participate in in-person meetings as required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
