Shift Details
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 2nd shift from 2: 00 PM to 10: 30 PM. New hires will undergo a 2-week training on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- One to two years of experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment.
- Must have effective communication skills and the ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment and be willing to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
- Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
- Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.
- Support team goals and objectives while making effective decisions relative to position requirements.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and follow instructions within routine, standard practices.
- Must understand the importance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain high attendance standards as a contingent worker.
