Job Title:Inventory Specialist Temp-to-Hire | San Diego, CA Job Summary:We are hiring a Storeroom Attendant / Inventory Specialist in San Diego, CA (92101). This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with a pay increase upon conversion to permanent employment.Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PMFlexibility required between 6:30 AM 5:00 PM when neededLocation: Main site in San Diego, occasional support at 4200 Ruffin Rd. during inventory (2 3 times per year)Temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potentialLooking for reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated candidates Key Responsibilities:Receive, unload, label, and properly store incoming goods, tools, and equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records in manual and computerized systemsIssue and track tools, products, and materials for site employeesConduct cycle counts and prepare detailed inventory reportsKeep storeroom organized to ensure maximum efficiency and safetyDeliver supplies and equipment to work locations when neededTrack misplaced inventory and resolve discrepanciesInspect, maintain, and report equipment or tool issuesPerform related duties as assigned Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3+ months of experience in warehousing, inventory, or storeroom operations (picking, packing, loading, stocking, etc.)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for most of the shiftBasic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, inventory management systems)Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety rules, and manualsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailReliable transportation requiredPreferred but not required: forklift experience, vending machine stocking experience, or technical aptitude Benefits of this Role:Temp-to-hire with pay increase upon conversionStable Monday Friday scheduleGrowth opportunity within the companyTeam-oriented, active work environment.
