
Manager, Sales Learning and Enablement

- Lead the strategy and execution of the Flex core and common learning and development initiatives, including establishing a curriculum supporting the Flex Sales DNA.
- Collaborate on a regular basis with HR and the Business Unit sales operations teams to understand seller development needs and develop learning experiences to reinforce gaps in knowledge and skills.
- Establish a standard for how we develop and train our sales organization
- Create and facilitate learning programs such as Behind the Win and Solution Knowledge Certification.
- Drive the adoption strategy for all programs built/hosted within Workday, Flex’s sales readiness platform.
- Collaborate with sales content creators within the business units to design and deploy their learning programs.
- Prioritize ad hoc requests with strategic projects and ensure that deadlines are being met.
- Measure impact of training using dashboards, LMS analytics, and KPIs tied to sales performance.
- 5+ years of sales enablement and/or seller development experience.
- Familiarity with sales methodology frameworks (ex MEDDICC; Challenger Sale, or other)
- Experience creating and facilitating learning experiences. Ex: webinars, hybrid learning programs, or self-paced e-Learning.
- Ability to be both hands-on in content creation and strategic in aligning sales priorities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and in a team environment.
- Strong ability to communicate with business development, account management and sales leadership.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Strong writing and analytical skills, including the use of Excel and similar tools
