- Students expecting to graduate prior to August 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance Risk, and Business Analytics majors
- GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation
- Must have a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement
- Demonstrate strong communication, change agility, and team skills
- Data analytics and financial modeling coursework is a plus
- Leadership experience outside of the classroom
