Timeframe: 10 weeks beginning June 4 thru August 10Job Description: As an HR Solutions Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the VP of HR Solutions in various aspects of HR project management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR. This is a project-based internship, with leadership development workshops, Chicago outings and networking opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with different teams to simplify HR procedures.
- Assist in managing HR projects from start to finish.
- Build relationships with senior leaders and department heads.
- Ensure clear communication plans for HR initiatives.
- Track project progress against established goals.
- Partner with colleagues for best practices.
- Take on other assigned tasks.
