If this sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!Responsibilities for a Community Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:Operational Support: Assist the Operations team with outreach, logistics coordination, and process improvements across city and regional projects.Event & Program Execution: Serve as the central coordinator for large-scale events, promotions, and program initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.Earner Engagement: Develop creative strategies to attract and onboard earners at scale, enhancing participation and retention.Onboarding Assistance: Guide earners through the onboarding process, providing branded support and maintaining organized documentation.Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to earner inquiries and support issues via email and in-person interactions; create FAQs and solutions for recurring concerns.Candidates for Community Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:B.A. or B.S.
