A leading project management firm based in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential condominium projects throughout Hawaii. This position involves full responsibility for project delivery, from scope definition through close-out, with direct interaction with clients, consultants, and contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client and project meetings, manage design and pre-construction phases, and deliver executive-level updates.Prepare, track, and manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts.Oversee and coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.Develop and implement QA/QC programs.Coordinate procurement processes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications.Produce detailed weekly and monthly project status reports.QualificationsBachelor's Degree required (Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred).4+ years of construction project management experience (condominiums, residential, or high-end retail preferred).Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to executives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project), and file-sharing platforms.PMP certification preferred.Must have local experience in Hawaii.
