- Foster collaborative and trusting relationships with Engineering leadership, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering an inclusive environment to understand their priorities and deliver bespoke business goals.
- Coach and guide executives in all things People, emphasizing business impact.
- Develop strategic and operational plans aligned with Moloco's goals, ensuring agility and innovation through training and development initiatives.
- Lead with data to identify trends and areas for improvement, recommending strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and support new operating models.
- Advocate for, implement, and coordinate change initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, leveraging deep business partnering and transformation experience.
- Partner with People leads and COE teams to innovate, develop programs, and champion People initiatives throughout the organization.
- Champion Moloco's values by spearheading key People initiatives, in partnership with COE's, that include performance management, compensation strategies, succession planning, training and development, rewards and recognition, benefits, recruitment and retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Navigate any business restructuring and/or transformation with grace and adaptability, leading through change with a focus on inclusivity, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to identify key performance indicators for our human resource and talent management functions, ensuring that our practices align with our values and contribute to our market competitiveness.
- Lead the Engineering People team with a focus on innovation, creativity, and effectiveness, driving towards the achievement of organizational goals while nurturing a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, immigration, and other laws, regulations, and requirements across multiple regions, upholding Moloco's commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
- Foster a positive work environment where diverse talents and abilities are valued and utilized to their fullest extent, working closely with business leaders and employees to cultivate a culture of inclusion, respect, and empowerment.
- Provide expert guidance and support to staff and senior leadership on complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, communication strategies, and legal compliance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for our employees, ensuring their voices are heard, valued, and respected in all aspects of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-15 years of professional People/HR experience, with proven success partnering with senior leaders and executives to drive organizational change.
- Extensive senior PeopleBP experience from medium to large matrixed organizations (ideally partnered with leaders who are accountable for multiple locations and geographies).
- Partnered and coached senior stakeholders in driving a successful people agenda (through proven results).
- Ability to consult, coach, and influence senior executives, lead business initiatives, and collaboratively partner at all levels.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations in a fast-moving startup environment.
