Our company is based on fostering integrity, honesty, and reliability in everything we do. We have an immediate opening for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter who is driven and willing to step up to the plate.Pay: $75K-$100K depending on performanceBenefits:

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, must be available to work an on-call schedulePosition Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience servicing air conditioning units.
  • Valid license and insurable driving record.
  • EPA certification.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience making repair and replace decisions.
  • Willingness to invest in tools used in the HVAC trade.
  • Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customers as well as company.
  • Ability to retain knowledge & skills in the field.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
Desired qualifications
  • Experience working on communicating/ inverter systems is a plus
