We're offering stable hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to move into a permanent position.Shift Details:Primary shift: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (3rd Shift)Flexibility required - shifts may adjust (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM)40 hours per week, 5 days (Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, or flex schedule)Two-week notice provided for any schedule changesWhat You'll Do:Perform critical warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storing, transferring, and cycle counting materials.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs).Safely transport materials, including hazardous goods, in compliance with DOT regulations.Maintain accurate inventory, follow SOPs, and support compliance with cGMP/GDP standards.Contribute to a safe and efficient workplace while supporting continuous improvement.What We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED.Warehouse or material handling experience with strong attention to detail.Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate documentation.Team-oriented with good communication skills.Preferred Experience:Pharmaceutical or biotech warehouse background.Knowledge of SAP or other inventory systems.Familiarity with DOT/IATA shipping requirements.Forklift certification and cold chain distribution experience.Physical Requirements:Lift up to 30 lbs.Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and operating warehouse equipment for extended periods.Pay Details: $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
