Senior Helpers – Franklin is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to assist seniors with daily activities and support in the Franklin, TN area. The ideal candidate for this position is motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable. This is a full-time, OR Part-time hourly position.Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. This role pays $15 - $16 an hour, paid biweekly. This position is eligible for Employee Assistance Programs, Healthcare, Dental Care, Vision, 401K, and other career development opportunities.Responsibilities
- Provide reliable and loyal companion care for seniors
- Provide transportation as needed for seniors
- Assisting seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and light chores
- Participate in creating and forums for medical appointments
- Administer medications as needed
- Keep accurate records of any activities
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations while providing compassionate care
- No experience is necessary
- Compassionate and interpersonal skills
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience/training in dealing with the elderly
- Ability to work various shifts
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
