Auto Body TechnicianFrank’s Truck Center is seeking a highly motivated Auto Body Repair Technician for our busy body shop in Lyndhurst, NJ.Responsibilities:
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels and replace interior and exterior panels.
  • Assembly-disassembly and body work.
  • Perform quality repairs with exceptional fit and finishes.
  • Plastic repairs including bumpers and moldings.
  • Repair panels and remove dents to refurbish damaged car and truck exteriors.
  • Needs to have knowledge of body repair materials.
  • Fill depressions with body filler.
  • Straighten bent automobile frames.
  • File, grind, sand and prime, repair surfaces.
  • Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years auto body technician experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Auto Body and/or tech school plus but not required
  • Painting experience a plus but not required
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
