This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).$1 increase @90 days then another $1 increase after 9 monthsWhat You'll Do2nd Shift 2 pm to 10:30 pm + .25 cent shift differentialRole Description, Skills, Experience and Qualifications required: Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Attention to detail and record keeping2. Review and plan for the daily production schedule specific to your position3. Make bases specific to the product quality specifications4. Must be able to drive a fork truck and use a hand truck to move raw materials5. Relieve the Cracker Meal Packer and Line Driver for breaks6. Maintain a clean workspace during production and at the end of the shift7. Reports to the Lead Operator8. Report all Accidents and Near-Misses immediately.9. Report all Maintenance issues to Lead Operator to enter into the Maintenance work order system10. Create positive relationships with coworkersOther duties and projects as assignedWhat You'll Need To SucceedMinimum RequirementsExperience:1. Strong organizational skills & excellent communication skills are essential.2. Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job.3. Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions.4. Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency and work safely.5. Ability to drive for excellence in all areas; focus on effective internal relationships.Education:
