We are currently looking for a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Architect in the United States.This role offers the opportunity to lead the architecture and technical implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions for clients in the financial services sector. The Salesforce Architect will design, configure, and optimize Salesforce environments to meet complex business requirements, integrating multiple platforms and applications. Working with cross-functional teams, the role requires translating business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions while guiding development and integration efforts. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, business acumen, and client-facing experience, contributing to innovative digital transformation projects in a collaborative, global environment.Accountabilities
  • Lead the architecture and technical design of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • Configure FSC platform components and integrate Salesforce products including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and App Clouds.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration activities.
  • Conduct code reviews and oversee development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide governance, technical thought leadership, and guidance across Salesforce projects.
  • Serve as a client-facing expert, supporting solution discussions, technical design sessions, and implementation strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of consulting or technology experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce platform work (5+ preferred).
  • Hands-on project experience implementing and configuring Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry domains such as Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Private Equity.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management systems, trading platforms, and integration tools like Mulesoft, Informatica, or Jitterbit.
  • Expert understanding of Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform, AppExchange, and Salesforce 1.
  • Experience with Apex, VisualForce, Salesforce Data Loader, and point-and-click configuration.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and cloud computing services.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize enterprise business processes across disparate systems.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and experience leading technical discussions.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hire.
