Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment within manufacturing facility.
• Perform breakdown, and preventative maintenance to equipment across the manufacturing floor following cGMP and OSHA requirements.
• Use CMMS program to record any/all maintenance work done within manufacturing facility.
• Use OEE program to note and communicate equipment findings across the team and throughout the production floor.
• Assist Junior Mechanics with set-ups & change-overs on equipment.
• Assemble, inspect, install, and test new equipment being added to production.
• Read and comprehend equipment manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Complete written or digital records of work performed each day.

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Experienced in preventative maintenance/repair of industrial production equipment, buildings, and facilities, including analysis and diagnostics.
• Experienced with all working tools, AC / DC electrical systems, calibrated measuring instruments, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Able to read and interpret diagrams, charts, schematics, and documents.
• MUST understand ALL safety, cGMP, and SOP requirements.
