- Experience in development phase of aerospace hardware.

- Experience in presentations and in written communication skills.
- A Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- 14+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's; or 12+ years of professional experience with a Master's degree.
- Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Experience performing electronics analysis (Worst Case Circuit Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis).
- Experience with analog / power circuit Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA).
- Experience instructing and creating training materials for Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis
- Experience in electronic systems schematic creation and interpretation, and Electronics Modeling/Simulation Software such as SPICE.
- Experience in schematic capture using Zuken or similar software.
- Experience performing failure Investigation on electronic hardware (CCA, Unit, and System Level).
- Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, stakeholders, subcontractors and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a exciting, dynamic, collaborative team environment and to create consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members.
- Demonstrated excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
