- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or related field, with a strong focus on the attractions, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Expertise in analytical tools, business principles, and understanding of revenue drivers across multiple lines of business.
- High level of autonomy to identify areas of opportunity, develop a solution, present recommendation, and execute with a low-level direct oversight.
- Develop data-driven revenue strategies, confidently present and defend your approach to cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., attraction GMs), adapt based on new insights, and foster strong working relationships regardless of the final direction.
- Experience with dynamic pricing, advanced analytics, and forecasting or demand planning.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with a focus on advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present confidently to senior executives.
- Established reputation for ethics and integrity, with a proven ability to foster trust and partnership across departments.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in PowerBI or other data visualization tools
