Job Description: The selected candidate will work as a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst supporting AMCOM SAMD at Thompson Gray. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive program management and administrative support to the Integrators at AMCOM SAMD support of multiple, high-value Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. The selected individual will serve as support for program activities, ensuring tasks are executed on time, documentation is accurate, and communication between internal and external stakeholders remains seamless.Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-TimeWorksite details: Onsite Full-Time/Redstone Arsenal, ALDuties will include:
  • Assist Integrators with day-to-day program coordination, milestone tracking, and case execution support.
  • Develop, prepare, and maintain official program documentation, including briefings, correspondence, and reports for leadership, AMCOM, USASAC, STORM, and higher headquarters.
  • Track, manage, and ensure timely completion of taskers and suspense items using program management tools and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, teleconferences, and reviews, including hotel contracting, preparing agendas, tracking action items, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for case documentation, program status, and deliverables.
  • Support planning and execution of reviews, program updates, and partner nation engagements.
  • Assist in the preparation of lessons learned and implementation of approved process improvements.
  • Access and use relevant government systems (e.g., DSAMS, WebRoR, WebFLIS, CEA7, ATAAPS) to retrieve, update, and manage program-related data.
Position Requirements:
  • Extensive experience providing program support within an FMS or DoD program management environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities in a high-tempo setting.
  • Proficiency in preparing and editing executive-level documentation.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Experience:
  • Mid-Senior Level Financial Analyst
