As an Account Manager for the Mack Fountain Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Follow established processes and maintain accurate records.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Must have (or willing to obtain) a Florida Life and Health license and a Florida Professional Customer Service Representative license.
- Critical thinker with high emotional intelligence.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and driven to succeed.
- Strong sales experience preferred; industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office.
