
US Robotics Sales Support Specialist

- Driving the growth of sales leads through a variety of campaigns, social media, events and other means
- Oversee the qualification and assignment of leads to assure the highest possible close rate
- Manage campaigns to nurture longer term leads and ABB contacts
- Develop and oversee tools to track the effectiveness of ABB's lead generation and assignment process
- Research market opportunities to generate more leads, penetrate new end users and channel partners, and how best to harness those opportunities
- Develop and implement sales tools, events and other efforts to grow ABB's channel partner network
- Support and enhance the ABB Robotics US Industries channel infrastructure including for onboarding new partners, sales portal, pricing guides and other tools to assure the best possible experience for ABB Robotics US Industries channel partners
- Support business planning, advisory councils and other means of assessing ABB's performance and drive changes within ABB to better serve partners.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field; Associates or equivalent work experience will also be considered
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support role in business-to-business sales
- Enhanced knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- A proven track record of positively impacting sales growth
- You are passionate about sales and understanding the sales process.
- A desire to innovate and drive improvements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
