- Conceive appropriate architectures for new products, balancing the requirements of performance, cost, and manufacturability

- 8+ years minimum experience in an electronics development environment
- Previous experience in leading/managing engineering projects or engineering teams
- Strong background in establishing and managing meaningful relationships
- History of designing power supplies and/ or systems for the Medical industry.
- Experience in working in a highly regulated industry. IEC 60601 would be extremely advantageous.
- Track record of building design teams from the ground up.
- RF and uWave design experience advantageous.
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Advanced Degree, such as master's in engineering or MBA preferred
