  • Quality Control Emphasis: Uphold the client's standard of quality control by actively participating in the implementation of their construction capabilities, aiming to reduce costs and enhance overall project quality.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare progress reports, and ensure efficient communication across project teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of low-rise steel-framed building construction is a plus.
