We are looking for a skilled and passionate Special Education Teacher for the school year. * Resource Teacher
  • In-person only
  • Start & End Date: ASAP - May 22, 2026
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Caseload: 21 to 35 students, moderate needs
2. Intensive Multiple Needs Teacher
  • In-person only
  • Start & End Date: ASAP - May 22, 2026
  • Hours: Full-Time | 8 hours a day
  • Caseload: 7 to 10 students
  • Master's degree preferred
Hourly Rate Range: $45 - $58 per hourResponsibilities would include:
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
  • Provide differentiated instruction in one-on-one, small group, and inclusive classroom settings.
  • Adapt lesson plans, curriculum, and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Assess and monitor student progress using data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and IDEA guidelines.
  • Implement behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) and classroom management strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education from an accredited program.
  • Colorado Teaching License with Special Education Endorsement (issued by the Colorado Department of Education).
  • Experience with IEP development and implementation.
  • Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
