MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Warfare Expert to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is an onsite position.Join the Navy's Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) program and contribute to the evolution of warfighter readiness. We provide critical engineering and technical expertise for the U.S. Navy's premier Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training capability. Our work involves seamlessly integrating live training with synthetic systems to create highly realistic and complex global training environments. We also drive the development of advanced representations for joint, theater, and national systems, and model new weapons technologies and emerging threats, ensuring our forces are prepared for any challenge.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support the commander’s task of informing and influencing audiences through effective coordination of IRCs, including psychological operations (MISO), cyber operations, and electronic warfarePlan, Monitor, and Assess Information Support Plans to ensure alignment with mission goals and adjust based on operational feedbackCoordinate with Intelligence Personnel to ensure proper intel support for Information OperationsLiaise with Key Commands to ensure operations are supportedAssess IRC Executions and Support Plans and ensure plans meet mission objectivesMaintain Situational Awareness of emergent concepts within the IESupport Testing and Evaluation of new concepts, capabilities, and formationsProvide Expertise and Coordination in experimentation requirements as directedExperience with Information OperationsAble to provide Cryptologic Support, and TrainingMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field and 5+ years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 7.5 years relevant experience in lieu of degreeExperience with Information Environment (IE) and its impact on military operationsExperience with Information WarfareExperience with Cryptologic training and/or operationsAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and at various levels of commandExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and conciselyPreferred Qualifications:7+ years of relevant work experience U.S. Government environment, DoD strongly preferredClearance Requirements:Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Top Secret/ SCI security clearance.Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
