REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; four years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience; a demonstrated practical, hands-on, can-do approach to responsibilities; ability to multitask, manage multiple and simultaneous duties, and prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; proven organizational skills; experience leading small-scale projects; proactive approach to improving processes and systems; and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
