- Oversees program, counseling staff, and the participants’ needs and progress.
- Represents the agency to the community.
- Conducts program administrative review and clinical review.
- Assures continuing process improvement and staff development.
- Implements quality improvement initiatives.
- Assures program record documentation compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the biopsychosocial process of addiction/recovery, behavioral health, self-help group processes and principles of counseling.
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in an appropriate program setting.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required, master's degree strongly preferred.
- Must hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) or Credential (CASAC).
- Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
