- Design, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software components and services.
- Develop and maintain internal platforms for sustainability tracking and reporting.
- Track and close compliance-related SFI items.
- Participate in technical discussions, bringing new ideas and solutions.
- Own quality and DevOps for delivered code.
- Build software that empowers customers to optimize business processes.
- Create internal tools that improve team productivity and quality.
- Safeguard data and systems with appropriate security measures.
- Review, approve, and modify databases and database management systems.

- Experience: 8-10 years of professional software engineering.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Azure full-stack technologies, Azure SQL, and Synapse.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in C# and RESTful API development; working knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Database & System Knowledge: Experience with database design, optimization, and troubleshooting; strong understanding of SDLC practices.
- Collaboration: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills; ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Power Platform.
- Experience with sustainability reporting or compliance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
