- Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes
- Edit and troubleshoot G-code & M-code for precision machining
- Perform machine setups & tool changes for frequent part changeovers
- Dry-run parts in single block mode to ensure program accuracy
- Conduct first-article inspections and document dimensions for ISO compliance
- Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure quality
- Perform routine machine maintenance - check oil, lubricants, coolant levels
- Work independently with minimal supervision to troubleshoot and adjust programs
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mill-turn, multi-spindle preferred)
- Ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machines
- Strong G-code & M-code programming skills
- Experience with frequent part changeovers & custom machining
- Comfortable working independently on 2nd shift (minimal supervision)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. & work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Nakamura JX-250, Mori Seiki, Star CNC machines
- 5-axis or 6-axis CNC experience
- ISO documentation experience
