Join a strategic initiative focused on modernizing core business processes. The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, identify pain points, and propose efficient solutions to enhance DMV services. This role demands strong collaboration with leadership and staff, as well as the ability to recommend actionable improvements that elevate customer and employee experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and observations to understand current operations and document workflows.
- Develop future-state process maps incorporating best practices and lean methodologies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support the implementation of new processes.
- Establish KPIs to monitor process performance and recommend refinements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to align process changes with system capabilities.
- 5+ years in business process improvement or operational excellence roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other optimization methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Proven problem-solving mindset with practical, people-centered solutions.
- Experience in government or high-volume service delivery environments is a plus.
