7 years of software development experience.
Experience in software development using SAS, Teradata, and Unix scripting.
Strong experience in complex SQL query, PL/SQL programming.
Experience in Python, Spark, and Hadoop.
Knowledge in the Anti-Money Laundering domain.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Ability to guide multiple technology onsite/offshore team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Excellent organization and team skills.
Good knowledge of banking products, operational processes, and end-to-end transaction flow.
Proven track record in project delivery in an Agile environment.
Fast learner, able to work under minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills across technology, business, and leadership areas.
Strong business analyst experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Develop and support existing and new project requirements, coordinating with business to understand requirements, and analyzing the potential impact of implementing change requests.
Comprehensively analyze application and process issues, including problem identification, communication, and coordination with customer-facing support teams.
Regularly communicate work progress with management, identifying issues early and resolving them quickly to avoid or minimize impact on projects.
Gather and interpret data requirements, conduct research and analysis, and develop data sourcing and transaction monitoring solutions.
