- Configure WFS Time and Attendance modules, including pay rules and schedule configurations.
- Customize workflows and business rules to align with company policies and labor regulations.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Provide ongoing technical support and issue resolution for WFS users.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain system security and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain integrations between WFS and HR/payroll systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle).
- Work with APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.
- Create user guides, configuration workbooks, and technical documentation.
- Train HR, payroll, and operations teams on system functionality.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation.
- Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications.
- Handle complex configuration issues and communicate roadblocks.
- Write complex formulas and perform unit/system testing.
- Gather and document customer business requirements.
- Facilitate client workshops and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide project status updates and manage customer expectations.
- Mentor junior team members.
- 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting WFS Time and Attendance solutions.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Experience in unionized environments or public sector organizations (preferred).
- Experience in software development and a deep understanding of technology.
- Strong knowledge of WFS configuration, pay rules, and scheduling.
- Experience with WFS Policy Editor, SQL, XML, APIs, middleware, and JavaScript (preferred).
- Familiarity with HR/payroll systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to document processes and train end-users effectively.
- WorkForce Software Certification (Time and Attendance, Database Schema, Analytics).
- WorkForce Academy Training or equivalent experience.
- For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years).
- For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years).
- For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
