The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, with a focus on ground up broad commercial: retail, quality service restaurant and medical office buildings - ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, while managing resources, schedules, and project progress.
  • Lead and oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment.
  • Supervise and guide project administration staff and construction engineers; partner closely with Superintendents to set clear operational priorities.
  • Manage financial performance of projects, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on costs and revenue, ensuring alignment with original estimates.
  • Resolve project challenges related to labor, staffing, materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager to uphold strict adherence to safety standards and goals on all job sites.
  • Foster strong, professional relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers to drive team cohesion and project success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including RFI logs, change orders, and other essential records.
