-Paid HolidaysWhat You Will Be DoingThe Project Manager will be in charge of selecting and supervising contractors, ensuring the project is completed to the client's satisfaction, and ensuring the project is completed within the allocated budget.They must be able to plan, direct, coordinate and budget activities related to construction.Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a project team to ensure a successful delivery of projects.
- Analyzing project requirements and preparing full project structure and scope.
- Creating project plans and budgets.
- Organizing and managing all phases of construction, from ground breaking to completion.
- Troubleshooting any project issues and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinating and supervising contractors & Providing regular updates to the client.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and building codes.
- Commercial, Offices, Headquarters, Assisted Living, Religious, Government, Institutional, Church/Religious, Hospitality, Multi-family, Retail, & Healthcare
- This individual must possess the ability to effectively manage subcontractors, plan and coordinate the various aspects of a project, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
