Position: 5-Axis Laser Operator/Programmer – Chesterfield, MINesco Resource is seeking an experienced 5-Axis Laser Operator/Programmer for our client in Chesterfield, MI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NTC 5-axis laser equipment and a strong background in CNC programming and operation.Key Responsibilities:Operate and program NTC 5-axis laser equipment (minimum 5 years’ recent experience required)Program directly at the machine and make necessary adjustmentsMaintain and update CNC programsFollow detailed written and verbal instructions to ensure precise productionSafely lift up to 30 lbs without assistanceWork overtime and weekends as required to meet production needsQualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ recent experience operating NTC 5-axis laser equipment as a primary responsibilityStrong CNC programming and machine operation skillsAbility to follow directions accurately and work in a fast-paced environmentShift & Schedule:Monday–Friday: 6:00 am–4:30 pm (10-hour shift) or 6:00 am–2:30 pm (8-hour shift)Saturday: 6:00 am–12:00 pm as neededCompensation:$23.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experienceIf you are a skilled laser operator/programmer looking to apply your expertise in a precision-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
