
Concrete Materials Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Engineering (CM100B)

- BS Degree in Civil Engineering or current registration as a Professional Engineer in either Civil or Structural Engineering with Concrete Material Science Education
- The candidate must demonstrate ten (10) years of expert experience in the design and analysis of concrete containment structures and immense knowledge of concrete materials.
- Candidate must demonstrate working knowledge of National Consensus Codes and Standards applicable to the design and construction of the SDUs. These may include, but are not limited to, American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), American Water Works Association (AWWA), International Building Code (IBC) and others as required.
- The candidate must demonstrate five (5) years of experience in the design and analysis of nuclear or industrial facilities.
- The candidate must have the ability to walk down systems in the field.
- Desirable credentials are fellowships in the American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and Structural Engineering Institute (SEI). Provide published papers on concrete performance and structures.
- The SME must have the ability to walk down systems in the field.
- U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
