We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager of Operations to oversee all aspects of our Missouri division. This is a high-impact leadership role perfect for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, servant leadership, and operational excellence.🔍 What You’ll Do:Lead and coach cross-functional teams to drive performance, culture, and accountability.Oversee daily operations, production, safety, biosecurity, and compliance.Analyze operational data and key metrics to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and inform strategic business decisions.Manage division growth, capital projects, and facility improvements.Partner with Sales, HR, and the Executive team to align on long-term strategies.Promote and uphold strict biosecurity and animal welfare standards.✅ What We’re Looking For:8–10 years of leadership experience in agriculture, livestock, or production operations. * Proven track record in people leadership, operational improvement, and safety management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive business results.
