This team assists both fund managers in alternative asset classes (private equity, venture capital, private debt and infrastructure) and entrepreneurs/private companies seeking to raise capital through private placement. What the job involves
Work directly with senior deal leads in managing private capital raising processes across multiple product lines including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, Infrastructure
Communicate directly with clients on fundraising activity, roadshows, and marketing materials
Drive effective project management efforts and in time, gain more responsibility for distribution efforts and exposure to institutional investors
Oversee work produced by analysts, including marketing materials, status reports, roadshow calendars, investor profiles etc.
Assist in the origination of new business including supporting the research and identification of client targets, and maintaining the client relationship management database
Compensation: $140,000-$180,000 plus competitive discretionary bonus
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in investor relations, private equity, or private capital placement. M&A or ECM/DCM investment banking professionals or similair will also be considered
Track record of operating effectively in a client centric environment
High level of attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
