Assistant Director of MDS and Case ManagementParker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is conducting a search for a Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director skilled in MDS to oversee Case Management Services at our world-class skilled nursing facility located on the Queens-Long Island border.
