Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 Per Year BOEResponsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain Monthly/Bi-weekly Cost Reports (Profit Projections and Work in Process (WIP)
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and venders
  • Coordinate with General Superintendent on project manpower requirements
  • Prepare and maintain Schedule of Values and Pay Applications throughout the Project duration
  • Build and implement project schedules
  • Create and maintain Change Orders and Logs
  • Oversee and plan each Electrical Project with GC from pre-construction through turnover on all projects
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple commercial projects at the same time and work in conjunction with the field superintendent and their daily operations to ensure that they are complete, on time, and under budget
  • Oversee and manage daily project coordination
  • Approve invoices for Vendor Payment
  • Respond to issues for ongoing project(s) RFI’s (request for information) in a timely manner
  • Review addendums and changes for building purposes
  • Keep and maintain communications between company and GC’s, subcontractors and owner/developers throughout the building process
  • Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, controls, and instrumentation.
  • Prepare electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation for projects.
  • Manage and coordinate electrical engineering aspects of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and technical oversight.
  • Review and approve vendor drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Conduct field inspections and provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical design and installation issues.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 6+ years successful electrical PM experience (large job experience and OSHA 30 a plus)
  • Proficient in estimating means and methods. Proficient in Accubid or similar estimating software is highly preferred
  • Ability to produce and update a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
  • Ability to understand and organize an electrical estimate
  • Ability to provide project cost projections
  • Understand OSHA requirements on electrical projects
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Ability to perform field inspections, which may include climbing ladders and working in various environmental conditions.
  • Must be able to talk or hear, sit, stand, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, use hands, work in tight or restricted areas, and/or reach out for prolonged periods of time
  • Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises
  • Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.Benefits Summary
