- Install new heat pump systems with precision and quality.
- Remove existing HVAC equipment, such as gas furnaces and air conditioners.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock, and organization of warehouse and vehicles.
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure installations meet Denver building codes.
- Collaborate with installers and engineering teams to streamline processes and enhance products.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and answering questions.
- Contribute to high-quality standards through routine maintenance, like cleaning and replacing filters.
- Experience: Proven expertise installing HVAC systems.
- Certifications: HVAC NATE, Section 608, or BPI certifications preferred but not required.
- Skills: Ability to read blueprints and schematics, familiarity with Denver building codes, and strong problem-solving.
- Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with installers and engineers.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Clear English skills for customer and leadership interactions.
Must be able to reliably commute to Denver, CO, and work full-time hours in person.
